Exprez Ideal Services (EIS) is a Malaysia-based company that offers multi language translation services for a wide variety of industries.

ABOUT
THE FOUNDER
Eric Shai Chinghan is the CEO and Founder of Exprez Ideal Services (EIS). He brings a wealth of academic excellence, as well as a proven record of translating, and has about 10 years of experience in the Chinese media.
Prior founding EIS in 2015, Eric worked at a Malaysia Chinese Daily. He joined the company as a Reporter upon graduation and has accumulated extensive experience in news reporting and translation. He was subsequently promoted to Assistant News Editor. During his tenure with the company, Eric was responsible for news sourcing, conducting interviews with people from the business and government sector, as well as managing and coordinating day-to-day news operations.
Eric started venturing into translation and language solution business since 2010. He started as a freelance translator and EIS, which specializes in translation, copy writing, content localization and media monitoring.
Eric holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Renmin University of China in Beijing, China; has more than 12 years of living-and-working experience in a predominantly Chinese speaking environment He is familiar with the current issues of local Chinese community and the Chinese media in Malaysia.
