Exprez Ideal Services is a Malaysia-based language support company providing translation services across a wide range of industries.

ABOUT
THE FOUNDER
Eric Shai Chinghan is the Founder and CEO of Exprez Ideal Services. Before establishing the company in 2015, he spent more than a decade in Chinese-language journalism, building a strong foundation in reporting, translation, editing, and communication.
He began his career at a Malaysian Chinese daily, where he rose from reporter to Assistant News Editor and gained valuable experience in news sourcing, interviews, translation, and newsroom coordination.
Eric started freelancing in translation in 2010, and that journey eventually grew into Exprez Ideal Services, a language support company focused on translation, editing, localisation, and media monitoring.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Renmin University of China in Beijing, and brings with him deep familiarity with the Malaysian Chinese community, local Chinese media, and cross-cultural communication.
